Electronics ERP for mobile and electronics stores
Kshitij ERP runs the counter, every unit’s IMEI or serial, trade-ins, brand schemes, repairs and the GST books of an electronics store in one system — from Kshitij Infotech, trusted by businesses since 1990.
Why a general ERP falls short for electronics
Six things an electronics store does every day that a general ERP leaves to a register, a spreadsheet or memory.
Every unit is different
Two phones of the same model are still two IMEIs. A general ERP counts quantity; an electronics store has to know which unit was bought, sold, returned or sent for repair.Trade-ins change the bill
Customers bring an old handset or appliance in exchange. Its value has to be fixed fairly, set against the new bill, and the old unit has to come into stock.Brand schemes move every month
Cashbacks, combos and price-drop support change with each brand's calendar — and what the counter gave away has to be claimed back from the brand and followed until it is paid. The sale is not the end
Repairs, warranty checks and units sent back to the brand go on long after the bill, and the customer expects the store to know the history.GST on every line
Rates differ by product and change over time. Returns, credit notes and the books all have to agree with what was billed on the day.More than one store
Stock moves between branches. Each store's sales, stock and books have to be seen on their own and together.

Electronics ERP: questions retailers ask
Short answers. For the long ones, ask us to show you on a demo.
What is an electronics ERP?
An ERP built around how electronics retail works: every unit tracked by its IMEI or serial number, trade-ins on the bill, brand schemes and claims, repairs and warranty, and GST books — in one system instead of separate billing, stock and accounting software. Kshitij ERP covers each of these for mobile and electronics stores.
Can Kshitij ERP track every phone and appliance by IMEI or serial number?
Yes. The IMEI or serial number is captured on the bill at the counter, and each unit keeps one trail from inwarding to sale to warranty.
Does it handle exchange and buyback of old devices?
Yes. Trade-in values come from a buyback matrix built on your own rules, and the trade-in is taken on the same bill as the new purchase.
Can it apply brand schemes and follow brand claims?
Yes. Brand schemes, combos and coupons are applied at the counter, and claims raised to a brand are followed through to settlement.
Does it cover repairs and warranty service?
Yes. Repairs run on job cards with SLA clocks, warranty is looked up by the unit, and units returned to a brand are tracked as brand returns.
Does it work for GST and for more than one store?
Yes. GST is built in, with effective-dated rates and credit and debit notes. Stock is one across all your stores, with transfers between them, and the books and reports are branch-wise under one company.
