Mobile shop billing software for the phone counter
Kshitij ERP bills a phone the way a mobile shop sells one: the exact handset picked by its IMEI from your store's stock, the customer's old phone taken in exchange, the rest split across cash, UPI, card or a finance company's EMI, and the brand's offer applied — all on one GST bill.
The handset on the bill, by its IMEI
Scan or search the IMEI or serial at the counter and the bill names that exact unit, chosen from the units in stock at your store. Every handset sold keeps one trail, so a return, a warranty question or a repair starts from the bill it was sold on.

Exchange, cash, UPI, card and EMI on one bill
Take the customer's old phone against the new one, valued from your own buyback matrix. Split what is left across cash, UPI, card, credit, a gift card or EMI — with the financier, the tenure, the down payment and any subvention the financier keeps recorded with the payment. Change can be given as store credit instead of cash.

Brand offers applied, and claimed back
Discounts, quantity and value slabs, combos, free goods and coupons you set up are applied at the counter as the bill is made, and a price below the floor you set needs an approval before it is billed. When a brand funds the offer, what the bill gave away becomes a claim on that brand, followed until it is settled.

Mobile shop billing software: questions retailers ask
Short answers. For the long ones, ask us to show you on a demo.
What is mobile shop billing software?
Billing software built for how a phone shop sells: each handset billed by its IMEI, an exchange and EMI on the same bill, brand offers applied at the counter, and a GST bill the customer takes away. Kshitij ERP does this at the counter and keeps the stock and the books in step with every bill.
Can I bill a phone by scanning its IMEI?
Yes. Scan or search the IMEI or serial at the counter and the bill names that unit. Only units in stock at the store you are billing from are offered.
Can a customer pay part in cash and part on EMI?
Yes. One bill can be paid across cash, UPI, card, credit, a gift card and EMI. For EMI, the financier, the tenure, the monthly amount, the down payment and any subvention the financier keeps are recorded with the payment.
Can I take an old phone in exchange on the same bill?
Yes. The old phone is valued from your buyback matrix by model, condition and age, set against the new bill, and comes into stock as a unit of its own. A value different from the matrix needs a reason.
Will the bill print on my counter printer?
Yes. A bill prints on an 80 or 58 mm roll with the total in words and no printer driver to install, or on an A4 page.
Is GST worked out on every line of the bill?
Yes. Each line takes the GST rate in force on the bill's date, and credit notes and the HSN summary come from the same bills.
