Kshitij ERP — Terms of use

Last updated 3 November 2026

Your account belongs to your company and is for its work. Keep your password to yourself; everything you change is recorded with your name.

  1. Your account belongs to your company. You have this account because the company that uses Kshitij ERP gave it to you. The company decides what you can see and do, and it can change or remove your access at any time.
  2. Keep it yours. Don’t share your password or sign-in codes, and don’t let anyone else use your account. Kshitij and your company will never ask for your password or a code. If someone does, tell your administrator.
  3. Use it for work. Use your account only for the company’s business, and only within what your role allows. Don’t try to get around access limits, branch limits or approvals. Don’t copy customer data out except as your work needs, don’t message people who haven’t agreed to hear from the company, and don’t upload anything harmful.
  4. Everything you change is recorded. Your name, the time and the network address are recorded with every change, in a log that cannot be edited or deleted. Indian accounting law requires that log, and your company can read it.
  5. Messages to you. You will receive sign-in codes and work notices on your work phone and email, and on Mattermost if your company uses it.
  6. Your personal data. The privacy policy says what is kept about you, why, for how long, and how to ask about it.
  7. When you leave. When the company removes your access, your sign-in stops working. The record of what you did stays, as the law requires.
  8. Changes. If these terms change, you will be shown the new version at your next sign-in.
